Another market garden primarily created to supply the family.  This design was initially input prior to any home or services being available on the site.  The sunken walkways following contour help us to sustain the invaluable water supply that nature provides enabling us to have established and pumping gardens in a short space of time with little input from any outside resources.  Covid-19 hit early in this gardens creation and shortly after our first harvest we realised there was a real surplus of produce.  Local produce boxes were created for friends and the community on a weekly basis whilst food was scarce at grocery stores and supermarkets.  This garden also went onto supply the then renowned Harvest Restaurant and Deli in Newrybar, NSW.
